This was definately a low buck build and something fun for a friend of mine and I to do with some spare parts we had.

We used a '72 chevy 4X4 frame shortened 24" with a 427 BB chevy mounted mid engine. We built a cage and fabbed a sheetmetal drivers compartment. The thing looks just like something out of the movie "Road Warrior".

Those tires are 44" tall and 41" wide. The rig was 11' wide and 10.6' long.
